14.4.66 LOCKOUT-REQ

Not Alarmed (NA) (Condition)
The lockout-switch request on facility/equipment (LOCKOUT-REQ) alarm occurs when a user initiates
a lockout-switch request for an OC-N card or a lockout-switch request on a UPSR at the path level. A
lockout prevents protection switching from occurring. Clearing the lockout again allows protection
switching to take place. Clearing the lockout-switch request clears the LOCKOUT-REQ alarm. This is
an informational alarm.
