Deleting the CTC Cache
Delete the CTC Cache File Manually
Caution
All running sessions of CTC must be halted before deleting the CTC cache. Deleting the CTC cache
might cause any CTC running on this system to behave in an unexpected manner.
Step 1
To delete the JAR files manually, from the Windows Start menu choose
Search > For Files or Folders
.
Step 2
Enter
ctc*.jar or cms*.jar
in the Search for Files or Folders Named field on the Search Results dialog
box and click
Search Now
.
Step 3
Click the
Modified
column on the Search Results dialog box to find the JAR files that match the date
when you downloaded the files from the port.
Step 4
Highlight the files and press the keyboard
Delete
key.
Step 5
Click
Yes
in the Confirm dialog box.

The CTC network view shows one or more node icons as gray in color and without a node
name.
