All A2 lines are equipped with a Voice Mail box
•
If you have a new voice message—the Red
lamp on the top of the handset will be lit.
•
To retrieve messages users have the option
to dial the Voice Mail Extension for each
site (x56100, 972.685.6100) or press the
Messages key
•
Enter your mailbox number (your tele-
phone number without area code) followed
by # and PIN followed by #
•
Press 1 to Review messages
•
Press 2 for Express messaging
•
Press 4 for Mailbox Options
•
Press * to Exit
•
View/Edit your voicemail settings including
resetting your password via web browser
accessing the A2 Personal Assistant Web

To add or find a number and make a call to some-
one using your Personal Address Book -
•
Press the Directories key
•
Select Personal Directory using the scroll but-
ton
•
To Add an entry, select Add soft key (press More
if not shown)
•
Use the dial pad to enter all or part of the name
(Alpha soft key) or number (Number soft key)
•
Press the Save soft key when finished
•
To dial an entry press the Dial soft key once
the entry is selected using the scroll buttons
•
To edit an entry press the Edit soft key once
the entry is selected.
