This identifier is assigned to PHY manufacturers by
the IEEE. Its intention is to provide sufficient informa-
tion to support 10/100 Management as defined in
Clause 30.1.2 of the IEEE 802.3 specification.
This register contains bits [19:24] of the OUI. Bit 19
of the OUI is located in bit 15 of this register, bit 20 of
the OUI is in bit 14, and so on.
Note: This field is disabled, and writes to this bit are
ignored when the National Compatibility Mode bit of
the 10BASE-T Configuration Register (address 1Ch)
is set.
