Restart both your Circle and your router.
To restart Circle:
1.
Press and hold the power button on the back of the device for
about 10 seconds until the light turns o
ff
.
2.
Wait a few moments for it to completely shutdown.
3.
Press the button again to restart your Circle.
To restart your router:
1.
Remove the power cable from the back of your router and wait
10 seconds then re-insert the cable.
2.
The router should now restart.
If the internet is still slow:
Use the ethernet cable that came with the Circle device to connect
Circle to your router directly.
