LSP–Layer Size and Position Change 

Sets the size and horizontal and vertical position of one or more layers. 
In cases where the size and position are being modified simultaneously for an application, Christie 

recommends using this command instead of the individual layer size and position commands (KPS and 

KSZ). 

Syntax
