AC power safety precautions
Warning!If not avoided, the following could result
in death or serious injury.
•
SHOCK HAZARD! Only use the AC power cord provided
with the product or recommended by Christie
•
FIRE AND SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt operation
unless the power cord, power socket, and power plug
meet the appropriate local rating standards.
•
SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt operation if the AC
supply is not within the specified voltage and current, as
specified on the license label.
•
SHOCK HAZARD! The AC power cord must be inserted
into an outlet with grounding.
•
SHOCK HAZARD! Disconnect the product from AC before
installing, moving, servicing, cleaning, removing
components, or opening any enclosures.
•
Install the product near an easily accessible AC
receptacle.

Installing the subrack
Notice. If not avoided, the following could result
in property damage.
•
When the subrack is placed in the cabinet, the cabinet
must be at least 100 mm away from the air inlet and the
air outlet of the rectifier module.
To install the subrack, complete the following steps:
1.
Install the subrack to the 19-inch rack, as shown in
the image below.
2.
Remove the plug from the package.
3.
Push the plug into the 19-inch rack.
4.
Install the fixed screw.
If the mounting hole of the plug frame ear does not
correspond to the position of the floating nut of the
frame, it must be adjusted according to the actual
installation.
Installing the ground cable
Caution! If not avoided, the following could result
in minor or moderate injury.
•
Make sure the ground cable is installed securely to avoid
injuries or damage to devices.
To install the ground cable, complete the following steps:
1.
Connect one end of the protective ground wire to the
M6 screw on the PE row in the insert box.
2.
Connect the other end of the protection ground wire
to the ground set screw on the cabinet/rack as shown
below.
