Monitoring and
Maintenance
Installers, service trained operators and all other users must maintain a safe operating environment
at all times. Read through this section in its entirety and understand all warnings and precautions
before attempting to operate this projector.
Backing up the projector configuration and
preferences
Creating a backup file
1. Click
Admin
>
System
.
2. Select a file type (All, Preferences, Configuration, Channels, or Users) from the
Backup
list.
3. To initiate the download, click
Backup
.
A backup in progress bar appears. Once finished, a file download window appears.
4. Click
Save
to open a
Save As
window.
5. Locate and select a folder within your Network drive or hard drive where you want to save the
file.
6. Click
Save
.
Restoring a backup file
1. Click
Admin
>
System
.
2. To open the Choose file window, click
Browse
.
3. Locate and select the file you want to restore.
4. Select the type of file to restore (All, Preferences, Configuration, Channels, Users or Real Time
Events (RTE)).
Do not select All unless transferring all files from one projector to another or cloning.
5. To initiate the restore, click
Restore
.
