Control Dolby CP750 and Dolby CP650 Cinema
Processor Automation
Christie recommends that you use the built-in commands to control Dolby CP750 and Dolby CP650
devices. These are the available built-in commands:
If you need to control additional functions and a built-in command is not available, send a command
string in a macro. For example, send this command to enable surround boost on the Dolby CP750:
cp750.sys.surround_boost 1\0D
Make sure that you include a carriage return (
\0D
) at the end of each command. For more

documentation
The default Ethernet port for sending automation commands to the Dolby CP650 is port 61412 and
port 61408 for the Dolby CP750.
Test Connectivity to an Automation Device
1. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
2. Tap Automation > Devices.
3. Select an automation device in the left pane.
4. Tap Test.
5. Tap OK.
Remove Automation Devices
1. Tap Menu > Christie IMB > System.
2. Tap Automation > Devices.
3. Select an automation device in the left pane.
4. Tap Remove.
5. Tap Yes.
6. Tap Save.
Command
Description
Fader level
Sets the fader level.
Mute on/off
Enables or disables mute.
Set format (CP650 only)
Selects the format.
