4. Connect the PC to the projector.
a. Connect the LAN cable to the projector.
b. Connect the other end of the LAN cable to the computer.
c. Click Next .
5. Click Next to begin updating.
NOTE:
The fans may run at higher speed than normal. In flash mode state
all three error indicators on the panel are lit up (Thermometer, Lamp, & Wrench)
During the update:
• Do not start or exit any programs on the computer.
• Do not turn off the projector or computer.
• Do not connect or disconnect any cables or power cords.
• Do not try to use the projector keypad or remote.
6. When updating is successful, Click Exit .
6.3 Sequence Code Upgrade Procedure
This procedure upgrades the firmware that is resident on the projector’s LAN board, which provides the web
interface for the projector.
6.3.1 Equipment Needed
Software
Christie Sequence Code LAN Update Wizard.exe
Hardware
• Projector
• Power Cord
• LAN Cable (RJ45)
• PC
NOTE:
The FW upgrade procedure uses DHD670-E as an example. The procedure is the same as for
DHD675-E, DWU675-E, DHD775-E and DWU775-E.
