Is the power cord
connected securely at the
unit and the power
source?
Is the power source
providing AC voltage?
Is the lamp cover
securely in place and
properly fastened?
Use the voltage
test meter to test the
voltage of J1 of Main
Board Pin1, 20
=5V?
Change Main Board/Keypad Board
Continue function test and other
troubleshooting once power button
backlight lit
Properly connect power cord
at unit and AC power source
Supply AC Voltage
(100V-240V)
Make sure the lamp cover is in
the correct, closed position
Change LVPS
