Mixolab
1. Remove the left and right casings (see op. 1-1) , as well as the
central casing (see op. 1-2) .
2. Unlock and remove the mixer bowl.
3. Loosen the kneading arm coupling screw at mixer-side ( A ).
4. Push fully the junction axle inside the coupling ( B ).
5. Loosen the kneading arm coupling screw at distribution block-
side (
C ).
6. Remove the kneading arm coupling from the distribution block
axle (
D ).
7. Remove the junction axle from the coupling.
8. Put in place the junction axle in the new coupling.
9. insert the coupling on the distribution block axle.
10. Adjust the kneading arm coupling so that it is positioned at
10 mm from the distribution block face ( E ).
11. Tighten the coupling set screw at distribution block-side
(thread locking with Loctite 222), then proceed with kneading
arms adjustment.
