1 Test starting delay very long.
■
The bowl temperature decreases too
slowly (check on the maintenance screen):
- The bowl is cleaned with warm water ->
cool the bowl before starting a test
- Problem with cooling circuit parameters
(input water too hot, insufficient water flow)
-> rectify, adjust (flow controller)
- cooling circuit blocked
-> find where by dismounting it piece after
piece.
■
Series of tests with different protocols P1
and P2 with different temperatures (T Tank
P1 >> T Tank P2).
The tank temperature might be too high
(check on the maintenance screen)
-> drain the tank between two tests.

2 Abnormal evolution of the bowl block
temperature This could be due to:
■
Inversion of input and output hoses on
cooling circuit
■
Incorrect setting of cooling flow -> adjust
it.

3 Software fault:
Incompatibility between files formats
■
Test files obtained with the first versions of
the software are not compatible with more
recent versions of the software
-> In order to update the Mixolab software,
install the new version in a new directory and
keep the old version
■
Problem with the pump solenoid valve.

4 Abnormal result:
Abnormal start of the torque curve
(very important peaks when injecting
water)
■
Injection nozzle blocked or leak of the
nozzle (on the sides)
■
Kneading arms bearings on mixing bowl
not correctly inserted, creating hard points.
5 Wear of bowl bearings
■
Replace the bearing as soon as wear
marks occur.
