Remote Operation

the device side.
Take out desired output signals as per the description in
“ 5.1.3 Pin Assignments ”.
• To change the suction power levels on the device side during transition to remote operation, press
and hold down the ON button on the AD panel and change it with the Lo/Hi button.
• Memory of suction power level.
The suction power level is able to be stored in memory with the Lo/Hi button of the device panel.
5.2
Removable Flange
Flanges can be replaced without using tools if a different diameter of suction port is required to suit
particular operating environments.
