8.1 Problem solving
Warning
Before carrying out any maintenance, repair work or adjustment, stop the compressor,
press the emergency stop button and switch off the voltage. Close the air outlet valve
and open the manual condensate drain valves.
Open and lock the isolating switch.
The operator must apply all relevant Safety precautions.
Faults and remedies

Check and correct as necessary.
EWD (electronic water drain)

Consult Customer Centre.
Stop the compressor and carry out the indicated service actions.
Reset the message, see Section Service menu.
The alarm sign will light up indicating that the temperature at the outlet of the compressor elements is too
high. The message disappears as soon as the cause of the problem is remedied.
The alarm sign will flash indicating either that the outlet temperature is too high or that the motor overload
relay has tripped. Remedy the problem.
Restart the compressor.
If there are multiple sequential failures with short time intervals on a specific shut-down functionality,
consult your Customer Centre.
Have the compressor inspected by your Customer Centre.
