Clutch-Brake Rollers Stop Late;

5. Air pressure is poor. Make sure the incoming air pressure
is set to 80 psi (550 kPa).

6. There is a gap between the
clutch and brake rollers.
Adjust so there is no gap between
the clutch and brake rollers. Refer to
the
REPAIR
chapter,
Inlet Section
section, Clutch-Brake Roller Align-
ment procedure.

7. Low air pressure or slow
pressure restoration after
an air blast.
Adjust for steady air pressure at the
valve
•
8. Consistent symptoms may
be caused by a mis-adjust-
ment of the Corner Stop
Delay.
Adjust. Refer to the CHI PANEL
OPERATION bulletin, Adjustment
section, Inlet Section Adjustments
procedure.

9. Clutch-brake arm is frozen
or binding.
Clean, lubricate, or replace. •

vice procedure, Tighten the Inner
Band subprocedure.

Flatwork Wraps Around Brake-
Clutch Rolls
or
Inlet Flatwork Interferes With
