vacuum boxes must be secure.
Cut and remove the strapping holding the
vacuum hoses in position (Figure 2-8, A).
Also remove the tape securing the rear
brush compressed air cylinders (B).
Attach each vacuum hose to its vacuum
box opening (Figure 2-9). Make sure it is
securely attached.
Un-tuck the lint bags and make sure they
are in position to fully expand when air is
blown into them.

Discharge Conveyor Attachments
The discharge conveyor lift air cylinder and the
brush air cylinder are disconnected for shipping
and must be installed.
Required Tools

Make sure that all tape has been removed
from the discharge conveyor lift air cyl-
inder (Figure 2-8, B).
Swivel it into position and attach it to the
discharge conveyor with the hardware
provided (Figure 2-10, A): Push the bolt
though the hole in the cylinder rod con-
nector; put 4 washers on the bolt. Secure
the bolt to the conveyor frame using the
remaining washer and provided nut. Make
sure it is fastened securely but still able
to move.
Turn the brush arm up into position
and secure with the second bolt already
screwed in the discharge conveyor (Figure
2-10, B)
Attach the compressed air arm linkage to
the tab on top of the brush bracket with
the hardware provided (Figure 2-10, C).
Make sure it is fastened securely but still
able to move.
