Easi-Glide Checkout (Option)
NOTE:
The floor must be level
for the Easi-Glide to function
properly.
Make sure all personnel are at a safe
distance.
Make sure there are no cables or other
obstructions on the floor.
Turn the Easi-Glide switch (Figure 2-38)
to FORWARD. The unit should move
forward.
Turn the Easi-Glide switch to REVERSE.
The unit should move backward.
Release the switch once the unit is back
in position.
CAUTION
Only use the Easi-Glide to
position the unit. Forcing it
manually could damage the
Easi-Glide mechanism.
Lock Front Casters for Easi-Glide Units
Special locking front casters are used in
conjunction with the Easi-Glide option. These
casters can be locked in at 90, 180, 270 and 260
degrees.
Pull out on the vertical ring on the front
caster at one side of the unit (Figure 2-
39).
Turn it to the horizontal position (Figure
2-40) to lock the position of the casters.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the other front
caster.
