If operating, parking or idling your
vehicle off-road is unavoidable, such as in
farming, lumbering, commercial or
recreational use:

The driver should be aware that
combustible materials could catch
fire from the vehicle's hot exhaust
system.

Carry a fire extinguisher with the
vehicle at these times.
‐
Avoid driving your vehicle through or
over combustible materials such as
leaves, grass vegetation or stubble
high enough to touch, catch or
collect on its hot exhaust system.
‐
Parking or idling should be done
only in an area where there are no
combustible materials under the
vehicle. Failure to follow these
instructions could damage your
vehicle or nearby property.

Firmly apply the parking brake to
prevent the vehicle from moving while
the vehicle height is being changed.

Make sure that there is nothing that
can caught between the cargo bed
and wheels.

Changing the vehicle height while
driving is very dangerous. As such, the
vehicle will not allow adjustment of
the height while driving
.
Do not change the vehicle height on a
slope. The vehicle may move down.

For adjusting the vehicle height, be
sure to rest the vehicle on a flat
surface and apply chocks under the
wheels.

When the engine control switch is
turned to the "LOCK" position while
the vehicle height is being changed,
the air suspension will maintain its
current state. When the engine control
switch is turned to the "ON" position

and the parking brake is released, the
vehicle height will return to the
normal position. Pay attention to the
space above the cargo bed.
The vehicle height control system allows for
the decreasing of the vehicle height by
switch operation when loading/unloading
cargo to improve work efficiency.
This system works when the engine control
switch is placed in the "ON" position and
the parking brake is applied.
When the vehicle height is changed, the
system will not operate unless the air
pressure (539 kPa (5.5 kgf/cm²/78 psi)) in the
air tank is secured.
The vehicle height will decrease 6.35 to
8.89 cm (2.5 to 3.5 in).
