Installation

T h e   in s t a l l a t i o n   o f   th e   t r a n s m i s s i o n   is  the  r e v e rs e   o f  

t h e   r e m o v a l   w i t h   the  f o l l o w i n g   a d d i t i o n a l   steps.

1. 

B e f o r e   in s t a l l i n g   the  flex  p late   to  c o n v e r t e r   bolts, 

m a k e   c e r t a i n   w i t h   th e  flex  p la t e   th a t  the  w e l d   nuts  o n   the 

c o n v e r t e r   as  flush  w i t h   th e  flex  p la t e   a n d   the  c o n v e r t e r  

r o t a te s   f r e e l y   b y  h a n d   in  this  p o s it io n .  T h e n ,   h a n d   start 

all  bo lts  a n d   t i g h t e n   f i n g e r   t i g h t   b e f o r e   t o r q u i n g   to 

s p e c i f i c a t i o n .
