
• Camera:
These icons are a status indicator for channels 1-16 (Green for normal, Red for motion) on the
selected DVR. Click on any of these icons to open the corresponding camera of the selected DVR to
be displayed by itself.
• Alarm In:
These icons are a Status indicator for the DVR alarm inputs (Green for normal, Red for alarm) for
the selected DVR.
• Alarm Out:
These icons are a Status indicator for the DVR alarm outputs
(Green indicates a normal state, Red indicates a triggered state) for the selected DVR. Click on
any of these icons to change the corresponding alarm output from a normal state to a triggered
state, or vice versa.
• Time Search:
Use this icon to open the Search-by-time dialog. Select the time (Year, Month, Date, Hour, &
Minute) and type (Alarm, Motion, Video Loss, and Normal) to search for. Click the Search button
to search.
Playback operations are similar to the normal DVR playback, except you can click the slider with
your mouse and move it to a different time.
• Event Search:
Use this icon to open the Search-by-event dialog. The event logs will be shown on the screen.
Select the DVR, event type, & source ID to search through the event logs. Use the Refresh, Up,
or Down icons to update the event logs. Click on the desired event log to highlight to select it.
Use the Ok button to search through the recorded video/audio.
• Search Local HDD:
Use this icon to open the search-PC-video dialog. Select the DVR type files in your local hard
drive and press ok. Then, use the playback buttons to play the recorded video/audio file(s).
• POS Search:
Use this icon to call up the POS-Search dialog. Select the DVR, camera, keyword, & start/end
time. Then, click on Search. The matching POS search results will be shown in a dialog.
Select the desired POS data, and click “Backup” or “Play” on the selected items.
