Set-up Guide
Snom 370 Handset for MyCloud Lync and Unfied Comms
1.
Initial Phone Config
1.1.
Turn on phone
1.2.
Allow phone to request IP from DHCP, and watch for the IP it picks up (displayed on screen during
bootup)
1.3.
Progress through time zone, language setup etc.
1.4.
Press
Settings
button on phone, scroll down to
Maintenance
, press
tick
, scroll down to
Administrator
Mode
, press
tick
, type in PIN which is
0000
by default,
tick
.

Browser Config
2.1.
Open up browser and browse to the IP that the phone picked up during boot time (if missed, it is present
in the
Settings
>
Maintenance
>
System Info
screen).
2.2.
Click on
Setup
>
UC Account Data
2.3.
Enter
SIP-URI
in the form of your SIP account, e.g.
2.4.
Enter
Username
in
the
form
of
your
DOMAIN\Username_CustomerShortCode,
e.g.
ECLOUDSERV\dominic.demo_ed
2.5.
Note, once you press
Apply
you will be prompted for a Username/Password by the browser – the
username/password, which was previously blank, is now the same as the
Username/Password
you just
entered,
INCLUDING
the domain e.g. ECLOUDSERV\Dominic.Demo_ED and PASSWORD.

Now click on
Identity 1
