When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury:
1. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug
from outlet when not in use and before servicing.
2. Unplug from outlet and allow to cool completely
before opening tank or adding water to tank.
3. Do not touch steam nozzle or accessories or
connect accessories while unit is plugged in.
4. Only use water, do not use cleaning agents,
they could cause injury or damage.
5. Use only on flat, level surface.
6. Do not allow children to use this item
or use it near children. Not a toy.
7. Use only as described in this manual. Use only
manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
8. Do not use with damaged cord or plug.
If appliance is not working as it should, has been
dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped
into water, return it to a service center.
9. Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle,
close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp
edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
10. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
11. Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
12. Not for space heating purposes.
13. Turn off all controls before unplugging.
