5.2.4 Conveyor belt tension and centering adjustment

5.2.4.1 THS-FBB

Unlock the belt by raising the idle roller

support

Centre the belt on the roller and adjust the

tension using the screw, checking it

subsequently with the belt repositioned

Relock the belt by lowering the idle roller

support.

Start the Conveyor belt and check that the belt is correctly centered; if the belt starts to move towards the right or the left side, adjust

by rotating clockwise the corresponding screw or anti-clockwise the opposite one.

5.2.4.2 THS-FBV

Using a n.13 wrench unlock the tension

bolt, loosing the indicated nut, on both

sides of the conveyor.

The position of the bolt sets the belt

tension, pushing the roller away.

Also check the belt centering, using the

two bolts independently on both sides.

Lock back the two tension bolts,

tightening their nuts.
