Smartphone (Cateye Cycling™) connection
problem
The Air GPS won’t connect to a smartphone (Cateye Cycling™)
Try the following solutions in order, starting from the top.
(1) Under [Settings] on the smartphone, turn [Bluetooth] off and then back on.
* Turning Bluetooth® off/on from the Control Center on an iPhone will not solve
the problem.
Check if the Air GPS can be connected.
(2) Restart Cateye Cycling™.
Check if the Air GPS can be connected.
(3) If this does not resolve the issue, restart the smartphone.
Connection to smartphone cannot be established after updating Air GPS firmware
Try the following solutions in order, starting from the top.
(1) Under [Settings] on the smartphone, turn [Bluetooth] off and then back on.
* Turning Bluetooth® off/on from the Control Center on an iPhone will not solve
the problem.
Check if the Air GPS can be connected.
(2) Restart Cateye Cycling™.
Check if the Air GPS can be connected.
(3) Restart the smartphone.
Check if the Air GPS can be connected.
(4) If the problem persists, unpair the Air GPS on the [Device] screen in Cateye Cycling™,
and then pair the Air GPS again.
