CASTEX is not responsible for damage to the device caused during transport (in the event that
the transport is not ordered by CASTEX). The Recipient is obliged to check the visual
condition of the device and in the event of defects, the Recipient is obliged to immediately
report this fact to CASTEX or the Distributor. You should write a damage report with the Courier
delivering the device at the time of delivery.

In the event of damage to the equipment covered by the warranty, the Guarantor, after
checking the correctness of the complaint, will provide free repair or in the event of
inability to repair – replacement of damaged parts. The repair time will not exceed 30
days from the date of written or e-mail notification of the occurrence of failure.

Specialized repairs, requiring the import of components from abroad: in this case, the
repair time can be extended by another 30 working days. The method of repair is
determined by the Guarantor.

Devices that require adjustments or maintenance from time totime, which are described in
the device manual, may be made by the User, unless the instruction provides otherwise.
7.
Any damage caused as a result of operation and maintenance of the device not in
accordance with the instructions, improper transport, operation of the device in climatic
conditions inconsistent with those specified in the instructions or other reasons caused by
the User may be repaired at his expense.
8.
In the event of an unjustified complaint, the User covers the costs incurred by the
Guarantor, which include: commuting, the cost of technical inspection, the cost of the
replaced components, the cost of courier transport in both directions.
9.
The Owner of the device is responsible for all activities related to the maintenance of the
device.
10.
Devices equipped with electronic parts should be stored and used in rooms where the air
temperature is in the range from + 8 to 25 degrees C.
11.
CASTEX reserves the right to refuse to provide free is services in the absence of a
warranty card.

In the case of purchase of a device /devices at a distance, the Buyer undertakes to send
