To set the time

 When the second hand is at 12 o’clock, pull out the crown to the second click

To set the day

Using the Alarm

While the alarm is turned on, the alarm sounds whenever the hour hand becomes 

aligned with the alarm hand (twice a day).

To set the alarm time

 Pull out the crown to the first click.

 Rotate the crown clockwise to move the alarm hand to the alarm setting you

 The alarm will sound when the hour hand aligns with the alarm hand.

 Note that the alarm of this watch is an analog type, which means the alarm 

 

sounds when the hour hand aligns with the alarm hand. The alarm sounds twice 

a day if you leave it on. If the alarm hand is pointing at 6, for example, the alarm 

will sound at 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

 If you do not stop the alarm after it sounds, it will stop automatically after 

 

15 seconds. It will sound again two minutes and 45 seconds after it stops.  

The above cycle will repeat a number of times (after which it stops 

automatically), or until you stop the alarm by pressing the 

C

 button in.

To stop the alarm

After the alarm starts sounding, push the 

C

 button back in to its normal position 

to stop it.

Using the Stopwatch

The stopwatch lets you measure elapsed time up to 4 hours, 59 minutes, 

59.95 seconds.

 The illustration shows a time of 2 hours, 20 minutes, 40 seconds.

 

 Do not try to perform stopwatch operations while the crown is pulled out either 

 

to the first or second click. If you try to press a button, you might accidentally 

cause the crown to rotate and change the current time or day setting.

To measure elapsed time

 Press

 You can resume the measurement operation by pressing

To adjust the positions of the stopwatch hands

second hand and 1/20 second hand.

 Pull out the crown to the second click.

For a watch with an elapsed time bezel

 

Rotate the elapsed time bezel to align the 

 mark with the 

minute hand.

After certain amount of time elapsed, read the graduation on 

the elapsed time bezel which the minute hand points to.

The elapsed time is indicated.

Elapsed time bezel

 Some water resistant models are equipped with a screw 

 

lock crown.

 With such models, you must unscrew the crown in the 

 

direction noted in the illustration to loosen it before you can 

pull it out. Do not pull too forcibly on such crowns.

 Also note that such watches are not water resistant while 

 

their crowns are loosened. Be sure to screw the crowns 

back in as far as they will go after making any setting.
