DEF/AdBlue® tank drain
Drainage may be required if the machine control system detects that the quality of DEF/A

LUE
® in the tank does
not conform to the required specification. Refer to Chapter 3.
To drain DEF/A
D
B
LUE
® from the tank proceed as follows:
1. Park the machine on a hard and level ground. Orient
the upper structure frame so that there is enough free
space under the
DEF/A
D
B
LUE
® tank to place a barrel
of suitable capacity.
2. Stop the engine and remove the starter key. Wait 5 min
to allow the SCR system to suck DEF/A
D
B
LUE
® back
into the tank.
3. Unlock the key cylinder (1) of the DEF/A
D
B
LUE
® tank
cover with the starter key, and turn the handle (2) to
open the tank cover (3) .

4. Turn the cap (4) counterclockwise and open the filler
neck.
