Machine inspection and cleaning
Inspection
1. Externally check the machine and its working attach-
ments, check for possible breaks or damage of the
components or the structure.
2. Check the conditions of the hydraulic lines and make
sure that there are no leaks. Replace hydraulic lines if
leaks are found.
3. Replace the damaged or excessively worn parts with
original spare parts.
4. If you find any problems, contact your CASE CON-
STRUCTION dealer to have the necessary repairs.

Cleaning
Periodical maintenance helps preserve the value of the
machine and the warranty rights in case of possible cor-
rosion damage.
Your CASE CONSTRUCTION dealer will be able to pro-
vide the necessary products for your service and main-
tenance needs. Carefully observe all instructions on the
packaging.
NOTICE:
In respect of the environment, wash the machine
only at specialty washing stations equipped with oil and
grease separators, if possible. Washing the machine out-
side these stations may be forbidden in some regions or
countries.
NOTICE:
When washing the machine, do not direct the wa-
ter jet onto electrical or electronic components or assem-
blies. Water sprays or jets may cause malfunctions or the
failure of the entire electrical and electronic system.
NOTICE:
When washing the machine, do not direct the wa-
ter jet onto the fan drive viscous joint in the engine compart-
ment, underneath the cab roof, or near the horn. Water
sprays or jets may cause malfunctions or component fail-
ures.
