If the unit is experiencing heating issues, use the following questionnaire to gather information on the unit,
prior to contacting Technical Support. Additionally, data logger files as well as pictures and videos of the
unit in failure mode are valuable diagnostic resources you can share with Tech Support.
Gathering and sharing this information aids Tech Support in making timely and accurate remote diagnosis.
Required : A copy of the unit Installation and Operation manual is required to carry out this procedure.
Overview
You will be performing the following tasks to gather onsite data:
Unit Model Information
Find the unit data plate (see the Orientation Photos on pages 18 - 20 for the location) and record your
model and serial numbers below. This information is critical for accurate diagnoses as displays, gauges,
valves, and port types vary based on unit model and customization options.
Model Number
Serial Number
Observing the unit in operation using the
Diagnostic Data questions on page 61.
Recording your observations in
the SDRAP Data Log on page 62.
Reading the Unit Performance
Specifications on page 59 and consulting
the operation manual for answers.
