Completely open position of electronic expansion valve (EXV) is 480P.
When the compressor ramps up, EXV will be at initial pulse step for 4 minutes, and then the EXV will be adjusted according to
the maximum discharge temperature.
The system will check the maximum discharge temperature every 2 minutes.
