1.  Computer or phone not fully charged. You may get a timeout error if there is 

insufficient power to maintain a wireless connection. 

2.  Computer or phone too far away. It must be located within 100 feet, in line of 

sight and free and clear of obstacles in front of the sign.

1.  Invalid display name. Ensure display name programmed with your laptop 

computer is valid and does not include special characters or punctuation. 

2.  PC laptop computer not fully charged. You may get a timeout error if there is 

insufficient power to maintain a wireless connection. 

3.  For the PC version, make sure display date and time is set properly with the
