1 Reusable tips There are three types of tips: Normal, facing downward; Side, facing
left; and Posterior, facing downward.
Note: The posterior tip allows for
more comfortable scanning in hard-to-reach areas. The posterior tip is
designed for quadrant scanning only and should not be used to scan a
complete arch.
