Generating a report
The dialog boxes represented here are a sample of one report selection. Your
dialog boxes may look different depending on the report that you select, however
the workflow is similar.
1. In the menu bar, select
Reports > Run Reports
.
2. In the upper section of the Reports List dialog box, select a category.
3. In the corresponding list of reports, select the applicable report and click
Select
.
The dialog box for the selected report appears; the dialog box that you see
varies depending on the report that you selected. Note that the system defaults
each qualifier to All.
4. Select the applicable options.
5. If applicable, click
Select
for each qualifier and select the applicable
information in the dialog box that appears. Click
Add > OK
to return to the
main dialog box.
6. To view the report information on the dialog box, click
Preview
.
The report appears on the dialog box.
• To move forward and backwards through a multi-page report, click the
scroll bar.
