System
Activity BioID Global (Also known as BioID Global Info) Tracks BioID logon activity and statistics by
station.
BioID User
Activity Tracks BioID logon activity and statistics by user.
BioID - Users Not
Registered Lists users who have not registered their BioID.
Console & Station
Activity Log Lists all access activity, in chronological order, at one or more stations.
Entered ADT
Information Tracks admission, discharge, and transfer (ADT) information entered through any
station. This includes all patients whose information was entered manually.
Login Activities Tracks all successful logon attempts by users. Also includes users who log on as
witnesses.
Service Messages Lists all service messages that occurred during the previous day.
SMART Remote
Mgr Temperature
Log Lists temperature ranges and documents out-of-range and resolution reasons.
User Modification
Information Lists all changes in user security during a specific date range. This includes the addition
of temporary users and standard users, as well as the modification of information for
existing users.
System Archive
Specifications Lists the fields selected for archiving within the three file types: Pocket Access, User
Transactions, and Documented Discrepancies.
Areas Lists all areas, the nursing units assigned to those areas, and the automatic discharge
time of each nursing unit.
Attention Notices Prints a copy of all current attention notices in addition to displaying them on the
console.
Batch List (Also known as Batch Report List) Lists all currently defined batch reports.
Clinical Data Provides all clinical data categories, category lists, and category options.
Combination
Dose Groups Lists all Combination Dose Groups defined in your formulary.
Devices Lists all devices in the system and configuration options.
Equivalencies Lists all equivalencies defined in your formulary.
Formulary Lists all formulary items in the system and their configuration options at the time the
report is run.
Formulary Links Lists each formulary item and its association with kits. If Profile options are activated,
the report also includes associations with equivalencies, variable doses, and
combination doses.
Kits Lists all kits defined at the console.
Override Groups Lists the override group for each medication at a station. Also lists users and their
override groups.
Patient Profiles Provides summary or detail of orders.
