QUICK START in the Manual Programme
1. Press ENTER in the MANUAL programme (fig. 19).
2. Press START/STOP to start the training (fig. 20). The resistance can be adjusted during the
training.
3. Press START/STOP to stop the training.

Manual Mode
4. Choose the MANUAL mode and confirm with ENTER (fig. 16).
5. Increase or reduce the intensity level (from 1 to 6) with the UP/DOWN buttons.
6. Confirm with ENTER.
7. Target values for TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE can be pre-set.
8. To start the training, press START/STOP (fig. 17).
9. To return to the MANUAL mode, press RESET.
10. The resistance can be adjusted during the training.
