Installation

Assemble the Nozzle Valves

1.

If necessary, remove the drip check valve and diaphragm cap from each nozzle body.

Figure 6:

2.

Install the O-ring (1) onto the nozzle valve assembly (2).

3.

Install the nozzle valve assembly onto the nozzle body (3).

4.

Tighten the fly nut (4) until the coil housing does not spin.

The nozzle valves only need to be snug to prevent leakage.

5.

Install and tighten the spray tip (5).

6.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 for all nozzle valve assemblies.
