CAPACITY:1500 LBS PER JACK
1. Place the jack on the floor and press down on the pedal to release
the pedal lock. Pull out the lock pin from the frame.
2. Before operating , release valve by turning hand-wheel count-
er-clowise. Expand the jack by hand. Place it around the tire and
position it so that both rollers contact the tire tread. To obtain the
best control over the jack, place your left hand on top of the left
side axle and your right hand at the center of the pedal. Close the
release valve by turning the hand- wheel clockwise to a snug-tight
position. The jack may now be used.
3. Install the jack so that the unit is parallel to the sidewall of the tire to
be lifted. Leave approximately 3/4’’ of clearance between the tire
and the jack. This is very important. If the unit is misaligned, it is
possible that the tire will be forced to hit the axle of the jack and
not the rollers, this may damage the jack and void the warranty.
4. To lift the tire , flip the directional lever up and place your foot on
the pedal , depressing with smooth, even strokes. Cycle the pedal
until the tire is lifted from the surface one inch or less. After lifting,
the lower the tire is to the ground the more stable the jack will be.
After lifting, be sure to always lock the pin in place before operat-
ing. Repeat this process on the other tires and maneuver the
vechicle as desired.
5. To release the jack, pull the pin out from the frame and open the
valve by turning the handwheel counterclockwise slowly. The jack
may be removed once the rollers are disengaged from the tire.
