Lay out the frame rails (Item No. 2), and cross braces (Item No. 3). Note that the
notched end of the frame rail is attached to the front cross brace with the roller
bearings.
Bolt the cross braces to the frame rails with a 1/2 inch wrench using:
-
5/16 inch split lock washer (Item No. 6)
-
5/16 inch nut (Item No. 5)
-
5/16 inch bolt (Item No. 13)
In the front (photo A above), install on each side two sets of split lock washers and
nuts on the pems. Install the 5/16 inch bolt from the inside, split lock washer and nut
on the outside at the roller bearing corners. At two locations on the outside of each
rear corner (photo B), install two sets of split lock washers and nuts on the pems.
