Eudimorphodon
The pterosaurs were flying reptiles that lived at
the same time as the dinosaurs. The
Eudimorphodon was one of the earliest
pterosaurs, and had a long tail and short neck.
Its tail served as a rudder to steer with while
gliding. It is thought that the Eudimorphodon
would leap from tall cliffs and fly utilizing
updrafts, like a modern glider.
