Deep cleaning the print head

1 Make sure that the printer is switched on.

2 Open the printer driver, click the Maintenance tab, and

click the print head deep cleaning icon

• Opening the printer driver directly

• Frequently cleaning and deep cleaning the

print head when not required will waste ink.
Clean and deep clean the print head only
when you need to correct a problem.

Cautions

If the ink levels in the ink tanks are sufficient and print head cleaning does not solve
