Cannot access the Story Highlights home screen by pressing the
[ ] button.

Home screen display is not possible when connected to a printer.
Disconnect the camera from the printer.

Home screen display is not possible during Wi-Fi connections. End the
Wi-Fi connection.
A desired subject icon for an album is not displayed on the Story
Highlights home screen.

In simple information display mode (
shows the name of the person for the album before accessing the Story
Highlights home screen (
Memory Card
The memory card is not recognized.

Restart the camera, with the memory card in it (
Computer
Cannot transfer images to a computer.
●
When attempting to transfer images to the computer via a cable, try
reducing the transfer speed as follows.

Press the [
] button to enter Playback mode. Hold the [
]
button down as you press the [ ] and [ ] buttons at the same time.
On the next screen, press the [ ][ ] buttons to choose [B], and then
press the [ ] button.
