2.1.8 Removing the Inner Cover (Upper)

1) Remove the front covers (left/right).
2) Raise the jam removal lever, and then remove the upper inner cover [1].

2.1.9 Removing the Inner Cover (Lower)

1) Remove the front covers (left/right).
2) Draw out the waste paper unit.
3) Release the book stacking assembly lock, and then draw out the book
stacking assembly.
4) Remove the jam removal knob [1]. With the three jam removal levers [2]
released, remove the inner cover (lower) [3].

1) Remove the rear cover.
2) Remove the eleven connectors [1], and then remove one screw [2].

3) Go around to the front of the machine, and remove the front covers (left/
right).
4) Remove the inner cover (lower).
5) Remove the fixing bracket [1].

MEMO:
The inner cover (lower) [3] must be removed with it lifted to prevent the
stopper [5] from being caught on the surrounding parts.
