3. Fasten the screws.

4. Move the front cover fitting to the amount of the latch
plate movement. Refer to the next item "Front Cover
Positioning Adjustment" for detail.
5. Close the compartment and connect to the host
machine.
6. Feed paper from the Paper Deck. Check that L is
2.5+/-1.5mm. Re-adjust L when it is out of the range.

1. Check the gap on the front cover.
• Gap between the front cover and the right cover:
3+/-1mm
• Gap between the front cover and the upper cover:
4+/-1mm

NOTE:
Loosen the screws on the front cover and then adjust the
gap within the range.
