Connecting to a Computer

To print from your computer, switch the product into the PC connection mode.

Connect the printer to the PC with the USB cable.

Turn on the printer.

(P.15)

Press the [Connect] key.

Select " PC connect" and press the [Enter] key.

The message "Waiting for data..." is displayed,
and the printer is ready to print from a
computer.

NOTE

• When you operate the printer from the keyboard, the PC connection state is canceled. Make sure that

"Receiving" is not shown on the printer's display, and then press the [Canc] key.

• You can change the function of the [Connect] key when it is pressed. If you assign a frequently used

connection to the [Connect] key, you can easily switch between connection statuses.
