Preparations

Preparing the Power Supply

You can power the camera using a commercially available external power supply connected to the DC 
IN 1 terminal (via a commercially available power cable with a female 4-pin XLR connector) or the DC 
IN 2 terminal (via a commercially available power cable capable of connecting to the supplied power 
connector). The external power supply and power cable 

must conform to the following 

specifications

 and be certified to meet safety standards set by UL, CSA or similar organization.

Current (output): 3 A or higher

Power cable (commercially available)

Power cable rating: 5 A (maximum) / 30 V DC (rated)

Using the DC IN 1 Terminal
