• There is no paper in the cassette 1.

• Paper is not loaded in the cassette 1 properly.

Action

Take the corresponding actions below.

• Load paper in the cassette 1.

• Align the paper guides with the both edges of the paper when you load paper in the cassette 1.

After carrying out the above measures, press the

button to dismiss the error.

Note

• The loadable paper differs depending on the paper source.

A4, Letter, or Legal-sized plain paper can be loaded in both the cassette 1 and the cassette 2.

• If you want to cancel printing, press the printer's
