Changing Print Quality and Adjusting Color
Printing in Black and White
A color document can be made into black and white prints.
When black-and-white prints are made, only black ink is used.

Open the printer driver setup window.

Configure the settings for black-and-white printing.

1. Click the [Color] tab.
2. Check the [ Monochrome Print] check
box.

Complete the setting procedure.
Click [OK] in the printer driver setup window.
When printing begins, the document will be printed in black and white.
