Reconnect the connectors.
Replace the pick-up motor
PCB. If the problem
persists after replacing the
PCB. replace the DC
controller PCB.
Replace the paper feeder
pick-up motor.
Replace the paper feeder
PCB.
Reconnect the connectors.
Replace the pick-up motor
driver If the problem
persists after replacing the
PCB, replace the DC
controller PCB.
Replace the envelope feeder
pick-up motor.
Replace the envelope feeder
PCB.
Note: Before checking the envelope feeder operation, be sure hold the bottom of the PCB up or tape
it to the frame if the cover is removed.
