SYSTEM SETTINGS
Setting Item Description
1. SYS. MANAGER INFO Sets the system manager nformaton to protect the contents
of <SYSTEM SETTINGS>. Once the system manager ID and
system password s set, they must be entered every tme you
access the <SYSTEM SETTINGS> menu.
1. SYS. MANAGER ID Sets the system manager ID (seven dgts).
2. SYSTEM PASSWORD Sets the system manager password (seven dgts).
3. SYSTEM MANAGER Sets the system manager name (max. 32 characters, ncludng
spaces).

spaces).
2. LOCATION Regsters the machne locaton (max. 32 characters, ncludng

ON The department ID management s used.
1. REGISTER DEPT. ID Regsters the seven dgt department ID (max. 30).
1. PASSWORD Regsters the department ID management password.
2. PAGE LIMIT SET. Sets page lmts for scans, prnts, and copes from 0 to 999,999
pages.
1. TOTAL PRINT LIMIT Sets f the total page lmt s used.
